Class IX A Assembly

Appreciate Little Things in Life

Appreciate what you have now, before it becomes what you had. As an activity class 9A picked a secret friend and wrote a few lines of admiration for their friends. It was read out in the assembly, thus appreciating their classmates.

A tuneful song LEAN ON ME by Michael Bolton was sung by students to suit the theme. It gave the day a meaningful start. This was followed by a peppy and perky number which was choreographed with a power packed dance routine.

The short play emphasized on students to understand and experience the difficulty it takes to earn the comfort provided by their loved ones. The most important thing is to experience the difficulty and learn to value hard work behind all the comfort provided to them.

The class of 9A on behalf of the school pledged to make a difference by appreciating others. They pledged appreciation to their parents and teachers in their lives, to the valuable teachings and sacrifices they have made. They pledged to be respectful, caring and supportive to parents, teachers and all people in their lives who would make a difference and they pledged to follow the path of righteousness for a better tomorrow.
