    Colour Dabbing

Our task regarding creativity is to help children to explore their imagination. Children love sponge painting and it is a perfect activity to indulge young minds in art. Learners enjoy creating and dabbling in art. This activity taught students about shapes, colour and how paint gets absorbed into the sponges. It also offered a platform for children to explore and guess the shape of their dabbing. Montessori beginners loved the idea of dabbing the sponges onto the paper and seeing the texture of the sponges, while matching the colours. This activity helped students to recognize and match the primary colours (yellow, red and blue) parallely strengthening their fine motor skills.
