Celebration of the Charismatic Christmas
Angel, aroma, bells, candles, carols, decoration, elves, feast, gis, jingles, Rudolf, sleigh, Santa, snowman, December - all these
remind us of Christmas!
e real meaning of celebrating Christmas is to spread joy, love, and kindness to all the people around us. It is the time to
celebrate togetherness.
Christmas was indeed distinct at NPSI Mysore this year. e Principal and all staff members are always propelled by the spirit of
our young students, to organise something exclusive. Even the current pandemic did not deter them from making us
experience the spirit of the festival.
Christmas 2020 was celebrated with pomp and grandeur at NPSI Mysore. e highlight was the 'Drive Past' programme.
December 22, was a blissful day as the entire school was painted in red, green and white with Santa Claus and his crew who had
come all the way from North Pole to bless and surprise all his loved ones of NPSI Mysore. Children were in awe to witness
Mama and Papa Santa and the Snowwomen. e Drive Past was pleasurable to all students and the parent fraternity which also
involved endless seles and family pictures.
e virtual Christmas celebration on December 23 was yet another memorable event. What made it remarkable is the fact that
the students of Class 6 hosted the entire event. e show entailed of speeches, enticing story narration through anchoring,
echoing Christmas carols and swaying and swirling dance performances, and how can we not mention our very own Principal,
Ms Shubha Achaiah's heartfelt wishes and blessings to all the members of NPSI Mysore.
All in all, the entire event was fruitful and fun. Christmas 2020 was truly memorable!
