Proud Kannadigas

Kannada Rajyotsava, at NPSI was celebrated on the virtual platform on 30 November, 2020. Students of class VII and class X
took part in the programme, which depicted the culture and tradition of Karnataka.
e melodious rendition of a light music by the students expressed their affection and pride towards Karnataka. e students
enacted the mesmerizing mono-acting which depicted the characters of Mahabharatha and the Mother Earth. A few students
also spoke about the signi�cance of Kannada Rajyotsava. e highlight of the programme was the foot tapping dance which
enthralled the viewers. e programme ended with the rendition of Nadageethe by the teachers.
e streaming of the programme was conducted systematically on the day of celebration. All the students along with their
parents and grandparents were able to witness it. e programme was appreciated by everybody.
