The Revered Republic Day
On 26 January 2021, India marched into the glory of celebrating the 72nd Republic Day. On this day all Indians honour the
'Constitution of India' which came into effect on 26 January 1950.
e NPSI family has acclimatized to the new normal in a brilliant way and has continued to create a new benchmark in planning
and executing virtual events like Children's Day, Teachers' Day, Christmas, Diwali and Graduation Day.
e Republic Day event which went on air on January 26, 2021 is one such event. is glorious and momentous event was
hosted by the students of Class 9. e students along with teachers had strategized the entire event. ere were a variety of
programmes to offer for the viewers. e programme consisted of a few speeches in Kannada, English and Hindi where
students spoke about the signi�cance behind celebrating and rejoicing Republic Day. Students exhibited their patriotic fervor
through a patriotic group song and dance numbers.
e Principal, Ms. Shubha Achaiah delivered an inspirational speech and motivated our students with her encouraging
thoughts and words on this occasion.
e 72nd Republic Day celebration at NPSI Mysore, was indeed a triumph amidst the COVID situation and will be a
memorable one.
