Christmas is the most important festive season when all of us bask in the joy of giving. The festival is celebrated by merriment and celebration, that includes melodious carols, delicious food, heartfelt prayers, decorated Christmas trees, and the spirit of harmony.

At NPSI Mysore, Christmas was celebrated with fervor and enthusiasm. Students of classes 6 to 8 sang tuneful carols. A play, that showcased the value of service, was put up by students of class 8. The story of Santa Claus was narrated. The teams of Primary, Middle, Senior divisions, who bagged the prizes, in interschool carol singing competition, also presented carols in harmony.

The grand entry of Santa Claus, along with the reindeer, elves andsnowman brought inlots of happiness and excitement in students.

The Principal, Ms Akhila Dinesh, addressed the students on the occasion and emphasized on the values of sharing, caring and selfless-service to mankind. She wished everyone a fun filled Christmas break. The programme concluded with acknowledgements for all members who contributed to make the event a successful one.
