“Yoga is a skill in action”-The Bhagavad Gita. “Regular yoga practice creates mental clarity and calmness; increases body awareness; relieves chronic stress patterns; relaxes the mind; centers attention; and sharpens concentration,” says Dr. Nevins. The benefits of Yoga are so profound that today, the entire world recognizes and practices this ancient form of exercise to promote health and wellbeing of individuals in society.
