The support staff are the unsung heroes of any organisation, working tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure smooth operations. Their dedication, often unnoticed, is the foundation of a thriving workplace. In honour of our support staff, as an appreciation of their efforts- 10th September 2023 was celebrated as support staff day at NPSI Mysore.

The 12th grade students organised a fun filled evening with games that brought out the real smiles of our Akkas and bhaiyas. The festivities began with a fast-paced lemon and spoon race. Laughter filled the air as the participants, skillfully balanced a lemon on a spoon, navigating their way through the course with determination and enthusiasm. This was followed by a festive and classic musical chairs; where the Akkas merrily danced around the chairs, fighting for the winning spot. The hit of the evening was the Red light, Green light game: an attempt to make the support staff laugh while they try their hardest to remain frozen as a statue.

The Principal, Ms. Akhila Dinesh, took the stage to address the gathering and commended the students for orchestrating an exceptional event. In her speech, she emphasized that the support staff are indeed selfless souls, tirelessly working behind the scenes to ensure the smooth functioning of the school.

All in all the evening was a joyous one which ended on a high note with the distribution of prizes to the winners of every competition. On behalf of the 12th graders. Speaking on behalf of grade 12 students, Shreya said that she hoped that their efforts made the support staff feel special and appreciated, because they truly deserve it.
