The eleventh Investiture Ceremony was held at NPS International School Mysore on 2 July 2024. In this solemn occasion, where leadership takes center stage, the school environment was abuzz with excitement and anticipation. The event marked the formal induction of the coveted School Council members, House Captains of the Challengers, Explorers, Pioneers and Voyagers House, and Association Heads, who will shoulder the mantle of responsibilities entrusted upon them, during the academic year 2024-25. The official swearing-in and oath-taking ceremony of the elected leaders, took place in the august presence of esteemed Chief Guest, Ms S Jahnavi, DCP, Crime & Traffic, Mysore. In her address to the gathering, the Principal Ms Akhila Dinesh, congratulated the new leaders and extolled upon them to be exemplary role models for others to emulate. She said that true leaders do not wait for titles or positions if they want to make a difference to the world. She also administered the oath to the student body, who pledged to execute their duties with diligence and commitment. Admiring the motto of the school, i.e. Reach Out, Reach High, Reach Beyond, the Chief Guest, DCP S Jahnavi, motivated every student to carry forward the motto and bring laurels to this great institution, that has been established by revered Dr K P Gopalkrishna.

The solemn occasion was infused with inspiring speeches by the School Prefect and Sports Captain, presentation of badges and sashes by the dignitaries and concluded with an elegant March past by the leaders accompanied with the school band. Investiture 2024 is a testament to the NPS vision of empowering the leaders of tomorrow.
