NPSI Mysore celebrated its 12th Founder’s Day with great reverence and enthusiasm on 14th June 2025. The occasion was graced by the Vice Chairperson, Dr. Bindu Hari, and mentor Principals, Mrs. Indira Jayakrishnan and Mrs. Shantha Chandran. The event was a splendid blend of heritage, artistry and celebration.

The ceremony began with the traditional lighting of the lamp by the dignitaries. The Principal, Ms. Akhila Dinesh, welcomed and felicitated the dignitaries. She expressed heartfelt gratitude to the founding members and the board of governors for their unwavering support. This was followed by a scintillating classical music performance by our students.

Next, alumnus Mr. Vishnu Mangalvedkar delivered an inspiring address. He acknowledged the strong foundation of values instilled in students throughout their school journey. Drawing from personal experiences, he spoke about how competitions and leadership opportunities had shaped his path, and concluded with heartfelt gratitude to all the teachers. A musical tribute to the founders was presented by both teachers and students, with lyrics written by Grade 12 students Jasmeh and Mahathi.

The latest edition of the school magazine, Silhouette, was launched by the Principal and dignitaries, followed by a speech by the Chief Editor, Ms. Vani N. The energy in the auditorium soared with a dynamic classical fusion dance performance by the students.

The celebration concluded with an address by the Vice Chairperson, Dr. Bindu Hari, who praised each performance and encouraged everyone to continue striving for excellence. It was truly a day filled with joy, gratitude and admiration towards the founders of the school.
