The spirit of festivity and cultural pride came alive at NPS International, Mysore, as the school celebrated Kannada Rajyothsava with great enthusiasm and devotion. The celebration began with a soulful prayer song, setting a serene and auspicious tone for the morning.

A student of Grade 9 spoke eloquently about the importance of Kannada Rajyothsava, highlighting the rich heritage and linguistic pride of Karnataka. The Pre-Primary students charmed the audience by reciting Kannada proverbs along with their meanings, reflecting their growing appreciation for the language.

This was followed by a melodious group song by students of Grades 2 and 3, filling the atmosphere with joy and harmony. The students of Grade 4 presented a vibrant dance performance, showcasing the festive spirit of Karnataka. The highlight of the event was a captivating dance drama portraying the great personalities of Karnataka and their invaluable contributions to the state’s growth and culture.

The celebration concluded with Principal Ms. Akhila Dinesh addressing the gathering. She appreciated the efforts of the students and teachers and extended her warm wishes to everyone on the occasion of Kannada Rajyothsava.
