Storytelling, often called “spinning a tale,” is one of humanity’s oldest arts. For thousands of years, people have shared stories to entertain, teach, preserve culture, and connect with others. Through stories, we understand the world, relate to ideas, and communicate meaning, making storytelling a powerful skill in everyday life.

At NPSI , this ancient art finds fresh expression through the much-loved Spin a Tale event. Students craft their own original stories—ideas born from imagination, emotion, and experience. The process involves careful planning, drafting, revising, and finally polishing a complete piece of literature. It is a journey of creativity and dedication, and every student becomes an author in their own right.

But the magic doesn’t end on the page.

On the grand day of the story presentations, held on 29 November 2025 , students proudly narrated their tales to the parent community. The school buzzed with excitement as each young storyteller took the spotlight, sharing their creations with confidence and flair. Their eyes shone with pride, reflecting the joy of bringing their ideas to life and the accomplishment of producing something truly their own.

Parents watched with admiration as these young writers unfolded worlds of imagination before them. Smiles, applause and heartfelt appreciation filled the space, showing just how deeply the stories resonated with the audience. It was a day of joy, creativity, and celebration—one that highlighted not only the talent of the students but also the vibrant spirit of learning at NPSI .
