December to Remember
The chill December weather and the bright sunshine, set the festive mood in NPS international campus on 20 December 2019. Children filled the school ground in colourful Christmas headgears bringing in the cheer of the festive season. The students of class 6 brought in more merry by their stupendous songs, dance performances and talks about the significance of Christmas. No stone was left unturned in ensuring that the students and teachers experience the festive fervor.
St Nicole and his elves along with a snow man and Rudolf the reindeer trooped into the school campus in an open jeep as they had no snowballs to bring in their sledge. The air was filled with soulful renditions of carols presented by the tiny tots of the kindergarten and primary years. Ms Shubha Achaiah, the Principal addressed the gathering and wished everyone the best for the season of giving and the New Year. The excitement of the holidays and the charm of the festivities were a reminder that it is not what is under the tree that matters, but it’s the people around the tree who make a difference.
