An Open Forum was organized at NPS International, Mysore on 6 December 2019 for the parents of students from classes IV to IX. The parents were ushered into the auditorium and welcomed warmly on the bright winter morning. The Principal, Ms Shubha Achaiah, addressed the gathering and commenced the session by requesting the parents to come forward with their concerns or suggestions.

The lively two and half hour session was power packed with information and interaction. The topics that were discussed spanned the domains of protocols followed at school, the new language policy stipulated by the Government and the tie-up with Centum Institute with an aim to prepare the students in the secondary and senior secondary years, for competitive exams. The student panelists answered the various queries posed, with confidence and ease, adding to some lighter moments during the session.

The programme concluded with the presentation of a beautiful portrait of the school painted by Aditi Gangamma of class XI and the rendition of melodious carols by the students of primary group

The session truly lived up to its true meaning- providing a platform to members of the parent fraternity to openly voice out their concerns and opinions, on issues regarding their ward.
