Investiture ceremony marked another indelible footprint in the portals of NPSI, Mysore where the young talents of the school were bestowed with the responsibility of leading the school with commitment, confidence and competence. The ceremony began with the auspicious lamp being lit along with the recitation of shlokas by the students of Class IV. This was followed by the various association leaders being presented with badges, symbolizing the responsibilities that need to be shouldered for the academic year ahead. The melodious rendition of an inspiring song by the choir and the scintillating dance performance which interspersed the badge presentation, held everyone captive.

The members of the newly elected school council were officially inducted by the pinning of badges, donning of sashes and the respective flags being presented by the Principal, Ms Shubha Achaiah, who keeps the NPSI flag fluttering high. The announcement of the school executive, who is chosen by the Principal and teachers, had the audience on their feet. The address by the Principal, sent out waves of inspiration and hope amongst the members of the student council and the rest of the students, staff and parents assembled. The solemn occasion was marked with emotional high notes as the School Prefect- Deepaknarayan S Bharadwaj, Sports Captain- Ananya Ramprasad and the School Executive- Satvik Chetan spoke to the audience with gratitude and promises to lead NPSI, Mysore to greater heights.

It was indeed a memorable occasion, filled with faith and hope that the dreams of the school lie on young, but able front runners.
